The scope of the project is to invoke a silent contemplation and a moment of quiet reflection through a translucent stone object, composed of three concentric pieces which, when assembled with a magnetic system, make the object a unique and exclusive collectible piece of design. A relevant work on materials was done by the Marmi Sacco company, the components of the lamp are sculpted from a block of white statuary marble through a meticulous numerical cutting process. The accurate handmade f inish and polishing gives uniqueness and naturalness to the surface. Designlibero reinterprets the marble, maintaining its exceptional characteristics, by revisiting them in a contemporary design language that highlights its features and qualities. The front body low thickness allows the light passage, which makes appreciable the quality and accuracy of manufacturing, revealing and highlighting the texture, typical of the transformation of sedimentary rock into marble. The production process, simple but with refined precision, is achieved through the use of manual ingenuity, combined with advanced technologies. The result, made up of unexpected, intriguing and highly appealing lighting, has unique and memorable effects.
