Herby is a catnip bowl with soft and captivating shapes that fit perfectly into any home environment.
The bowl has been designed both for sowing catnip and for holding the pre-packaged tray. This plant is used by cats for its sedative, antispasmodic, antipyretic, and diaphoretic properties, meaning it can increase body sweating. These properties mainly derive from the content of tannins and essential oil.
The bowl was designed using Guzzini’s innovative Bio-Based material. The Bio-Based material is made up of 90% bio-based plastic derived from waste and residues of plant biomass, making it renewable and of non-fossil origin. The plastic is traceable to the biological waste material assigned to these products through the mass balance approach. Circular economy is the keyword of the project: the catnip grows inside the product made from bio-based material. Herby is the perfect blend of United Pets’ iconic design and the sustainable spirit that has always distinguished Guzzini.
